    By using the Pigment2Scalp SMP Preview Tool and uploading your photo, you agree to the following terms.

    1. Purpose of the SMP Preview Tool

    The SMP Preview Tool is provided to help you visualize how Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) may look on your scalp or hairline.

    The preview image is a digital simulation created for educational and consultation-planning purposes only.

    It is not a guarantee of results.

    2. No Guarantee of Final Results

    Your preview image does not represent a promised or exact outcome.

    Actual SMP results vary based on many factors, including but not limited to:

    • skin type and skin undertone


    • existing hair density and pattern


    • scalp condition


    • pigment selection


    • number of sessions


    • individual healing response


    Final treatment design and suitability can only be determined during an in-person consultation with a Pigment2Scalp artist.

    3. Not Medical Advice

    The SMP Preview Tool does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

    Scalp Micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure.
If you have medical conditions affecting your scalp or skin, you should consult a licensed medical professional before undergoing any cosmetic treatment.

    4. Photo Upload and Image Use

    By uploading your photo, you confirm that:

    • you own the image or have permission to use it, and


    • the photo is of yourself or of a person who has authorized you to submit it.


    Your uploaded photo will be used solely for:

    • generating your SMP preview


    • reviewing your inquiry


    • providing consultation guidance related to Pigment2Scalp services


    Your image will not be publicly displayed, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.

    5. Lead Information and Communication

    To access your personalized preview, you are asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number.

    By submitting your information, you agree that Pigment2Scalp may contact you regarding:

    • your SMP preview


    • consultation availability


    • treatment information and services


    You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

    6. No Obligation to Book

    Using the SMP Preview Tool does not create any obligation to purchase services or schedule treatment.

    The tool is provided as a complimentary resource to help you explore whether scalp micropigmentation may be right for you.

    7. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to use this tool and to request consultation services from Pigment2Scalp.

    8. Accuracy of Information

    You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting your photo and contact details.

    Pigment2Scalp is not responsible for inaccurate previews resulting from low-quality images, altered images, or incorrect information provided by the user.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Pigment2Scalp is not responsible for decisions made based solely on the SMP preview image.

    The preview tool is intended to support informed discussions and consultation, not to replace professional evaluation.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    Pigment2Scalp may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
